Hayley Crackle

Hayley Crackle is another versatile ace who will be a major asset for Villa Ladies in 2012-13.

The 17-year-old started last season as a full-back but got switched to striking duties due to a lack of firepower.

She previously played up front at U12 level and didn't disappoint with some cracking displays as a forward.

She has also played right midfield and right-back for Villa in her eight years with the club.

She has a powerful right foot and great delivery from the sides.

Hayley is also a Republic of Ireland U17s international.

She graduated through the club's girls centre of excellence.
