Consumer Sales Representatives

Three month temporary contract with a minimum of 25 hours guaranteed per week. Working Monday - Sunday between 8am-8pm. Hours will vary on a weekly basis.

Working with the Consumer Sales team undertaking all aspects of the role.

The Position

Handling incoming/outgoing calls

Providing excellent levels of customer service

Working within the busy ticket office

Complying with Villa processes/procedures at all times

The Ideal Candidate

Friendly, smart, professional, customer focused individual

Ideally you will have experience in a customer facing role with a mature outlook

Good understanding and experience of cash handling and a call centre environment

Flexible to working hours

Committed to delivering excellent standards of service whilst being results focused and target driven

Possess excellent administration skills and be practised in Microsoft Office
