2013-2014 Charitable Donations
Charitable Donations are an important part of Aston Villa FC's community efforts.
The donation of merchandise and gifts helps support and raise funds for a wide range of charities/community groups/ and good causes across Birmingham and the West Midlands and in turn support those in need.
Due to the sheer volume of requests received, the process has been streamlined and only online applications will be considered. Please note that requests that are made via phone call, email, fax, or mail CANNOT be accepted. Please also not that an online submission via the form below does not guarantee that you/your organisation will receive a donation.
Our aim is to assist across a broad and diverse range of causes. Thus to ensure this diversity is achieved we will not consider multiple requests for the same charity.
The following are the criteria upon which applications will be accepted.
National charities such as Comic Relief will be supported directly by the club where and when applicable in lieu of individual donation requests. In addition we will directly support major campaigns such as for Natural Disaster relief efforts.
Acorns remains the club's official charity partner and as such we provide direct support to the charity and through our own AVFC initiatives such as Acorns Day. We encourage individuals to continue to support Acorns and ask that donation requests in support of Acorns are made directly with the Hospice.
As mentioned due to the sheer volume of requests it is not possible to assist every application. Please be assured that all applications are carefully and very sympathetically considered. Decisions made remain entirely at the discretion of the club and we ask that you accept our decision.

How can I submit a donation request?
Only online donation request submissions will be accepted
How much time prior to an event should a request be submitted?
Requests must be submitted a minimum of 6 weeks in advance of any event to be considered
Can I call to ensure my request was received/approved?
A confirmation email will be sent to you following your submission. Due to the sheer volume of requests we ask that follow up calls, faxes, and emails not be sent. In addition only submissions accepted will be notified of a donation being made.
Can I send in an item and have it signed?
Unfortunately we are unable to have such items signed. Should you still chose to send in an item we cannot guarantee your item will be returned and we will not be responsible for lost items.
