Kids learn more about the game in a great, fun environment during the school holidays.
Children participate in football practice and small-sided games under the guidance of FA qualified and fully-CRB-cleared coaches.
Soccer Schools are open for children aged five to 12 and are run at various locations across the city from 10am until 3pm.
Our team of coaches organise expert coaching at various locations, either on Saturday mornings or evenings during the week.
The specialist coaching is available for children, again, aged five to 12 and these Soccer Clinics are also used to identify talented players.
Those spotted are invited to attend our player development centre, based at Villa Park.
Villa have a development centre to spot young talent that we see across the city.
Coaches at this new centre, housed at Villa Park, work with mini-kicker groups, aged four-six.
This provides a link with Villa's academy system and the club hopes it can find talented inner-city stars.
This is invite-only.
Villa have set up formal links with Sporting Khalsa - the largest Asian football club in the country.
Our partnership with the Walsall club will see us offer coaching expertise to aid their set-up and in return they will recommend talented players for our development centre.
We are working with Sporting Khalsa as they are extremely well organised and expertly managed club.
Sporting Khalsa have received confirmation from the FA that their application to become a Charter Standard Development Club has been successful.
The club had already been granted Charter Standard in 2005 by the FA as well as Sports Club Standard by Walsall MBC in 2006.
Villa run a full development programme for children with special needs, including curriculum, after-school and holiday courses.
We also run a number of sporting teams, including electric wheelchair side Villa Rockets and a pan disability side, competing in the Ability County League.
