Q. I cannot log on to the website with my details - can you help?

Aston Villa has three primary sites which all have separate and logins/registrations:

• www.avfc.co.uk - the main Official Aston Villa News and Media website
• www.eticketing.co.uk/avfc - the Aston Villa Box Office and ticketing website
• www.astonvilladirect.com - the Aston Villa online shopping website

Further to these primary sites we also have:

• The Lions Clubs website
• Junior Villans website
• Car Share website

Each website has a completely different login to the main site as they are different systems although you can choose to use the same username and password when registering on each of these sites.

NB if you have registered on the main site, this does not allow you to buy tickets on the ticketing site or the shopping site and vice-versa. You need to login with the email address/username that you registered with on each of these sites independently.

In all cases you need the email address you registered with to retrieve usernames or reset passwords.

Lost Usernames and Passwords

• To retrieve your username or password from the main site go to the AVTV Login/Register Page and select a link on the right (Forgot your password or Forgot your username). Both will require the email address that you registered with (assuming you have registered on the main site)
• Your username for the ticketing site is the email address you registered with and to retrieve your password please click on the 'Forgot password' link on our Villa Ticketing Site
• Lost passwords on the shopping site can be reset using the lost, forgotten, new password link at Villa Direct Password Section
• The other sites follow the same principle and have their own lost password pages. Should you still experience difficulties please use the Contact Us form to either Website & Editorial or Ticketing & Sales departments.

Q. Who can I inform of any errors or areas of improvement?

Q. How can I access your site wide RSS news feeds?

Club

Q. Can I send in my CV and be considered for future jobs at the club?

Q. Can I do work experience at the club?

While we try to accommodate work experience requests, due to the large volume of requests they are not always available. Check out the contact form. Please include your contact details, the dates you require and detail the area of the club you would like to gain experience in and why.

Q. Who owns Aston Villa?

The owners of the club are Randy Lerner and Lerner family trusts.

Q. Can I use the club crest for a project?

The crest is the official mark of the club and is protected under trademark law. As a result, crest usage is restricted to club partners and officially licensed products and services. If you have a specific request or question regarding any club mark, including licensing queries, please contact the Marketing Department.
