He is the man in charge of guiding the club's young players on matters away from the football field.
Paul has an excellent back ground in education, having previously spent 27 years as head of physical education at a Northamptonshire comprehensive school.
His role includes monitoring schools and welfare for nine to 16-year-olds and accommodation and college courses for 16 to 19-year-olds.
Paul holds a UEFA 'A' Licence for coaching having managed two non-league teams - Stamford Town and Irthlingborough Diamonds.
He also spent 12 years working with the England U18 Schoolboys team, nine years as assistant manager followed by three years as manager, between 1994 and 1997.
